“Always remember the people that support you and got you where you are at today.

During my formative years, I fished almost everyday during the summer. After taking a long hiatus - going to college, starting a career and family, I decided to join a local bass club as a non-boater. Over a three year period I saw many successes at the club level which included some first place finishes and big fish awards. I learned many techniques, but my favorites include: spinnerbaits, crankbaits, texas rigging, carolina rigging and jigs.

After three years, it was time to step it up to the next level and I began fishing the WalMart Bass Fishing League (BFL). I also decided that if I was going to fish at this level, I would need to be a boater. In 2005 before the season began, I purchased a 2005 519 Ranger Tour Edition bass boat with a 200HP Yamaha HPDI. In my first year, I was in the top 100 boaters in my division.. Now along with fun fishing in a local club, I'm also looking at other trails, like the Stren and National Bass Circuit (NBC).
